Everybody has their own Five Points About Twilight. Here are mine:

In case you missed it the first time: If you’ve enjoyed Cleolinda’s play-by-play of the Twilight series, you’ll love Lucy Knisley’s illustrated summary of the vortex that sucks your soul.

The progression of thought was from a sympathetic "Just needs a good beta-reader. . . and multiple rounds of editing" to a giggling "Oh gawd comedy gold" up to "NO NO YOU DO NOT TELL YOUNG GIRLS THAT THIS IS OKAY."

*laughing* So true. Though I never bothered to go past the first one, tons of fun in everyones' reactions. :)

(*laughs*) I don't plan on going for the next ones either, if only because they promise less SmolderEdward, but I suppose I should hold my tongue. One never knows when I might need another bout of hilarious gigglefest to tide me over.

To be honest, the sparkly part actually played very little role in the whole thing. It was the whole *smoldering* aspect that did me in.

I love this. Also that Edward looks vaguely like Lupus (who, incidentally, could smolder at me anytime he likes. I still have maaaaaad lurve for that piece!)

If I ever do an XXX-rated episode featuring Lupus, it will be for you, Nat.

Yesssss. And on that day I will combust and die happy. <3

I have not read the books. I'm sure they're quite terrible, but I can't bring myself to hate them. These wonderful reactions/mocking/recaps are the reason why. :)

Same here -- can't bring myself to hate them, they're just too much fun to spoof and read spoof about. :D

The thing is, it's not *awful* compared to some books I've had the unfortunate opportunity of encountering (and running away from). If she had written the whole thing with genuine irony, this would have been GOLDEN.
